“We stay focused on our plan to build at E-INFRA one of the strongest teams of professionals in Romania. Marius Ghica will be the main leader in terms of group financial performance. Marius will help us to transform our strategic vision and projects into sustainable, profitable business models that fulfil our group’s mission to build modern infrastructure with essential, visible impact in a better quality of life, both In Romania and in the region. At the same time, Olga Melihov will have the mission to bring us closer to our clients, turning their need for infrastructure – infrastructure-as-a-service – into strategic business opportunities for us, while also continuing to develop the integrated commercial approach for the five companies in the group, across all key infrastructure areas that we cover – energy, telecom,  constructions and smart city,” said Daniel Farmache, CEO, E-INFRA.

Marius Ghica brings into the group a solid experience in energy and complex, strategic financial projects. His career spans over more than 20 years, including over 15 years of senior management positions in audit, financial management, strategy and corporate finance in the financial and corporate development areas, with a focus on the oil industry, mainly within the KMG International – Rompetrol Group, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.

“Starting now, I join a dynamic team, with great ambitions. Infrastructure is a strategic objective in any economy and E-INFRA development plans are built around real and imminent critical infrastructure development needs. I wish to contribute with all the experience accumulated so far to seize these opportunities both in Romania and internationally,” says Ghica.

Olga Melihov, one of the professionals with proven experience in the regional real estate market, has previously acted as Country Manager at BNP Paribas Real Estate Romania, one of the strongest Central and Eastern European subsidiaries in the group. With over 15 years of management experience in the region, Olga played important roles in the past at Seracom International Group Russia, responsible for the establishment, management and development of the Moscow branch of the company. Subsequently, within Mayland Real Estate, she led the company’s communications, marketing and international development areas in countries such as Romania, Ukraine and Poland.

“For me, E-INFRA means Romanians who build in Romania and for Romania, and I’ve gladly received the proposition to join such a passionate, open and innovative team. I am looking forward to contributing in the implementation of new strategic directions for a sustainable business development and growth, with the main goal of expanding the customer portfolio and strengthening national and international partnerships across all five companies within the holding,” adds Melihov.
