8.1 You may request access to all personal data processed by ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE relating to you. An e-mail requesting the exercise of a right will not be construed as consensus regarding the processing of your personal data beyond what is necessary to resolve your application. Such a request should clearly indicate what right you want to exercise and the reasons, if necessary. Also, the application must be dated and signed and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid identity card that proves your identity. If you use the ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE contact form, we may ask for your signed confirmation and proof of identity.
ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE will promptly inform you that we have received this request. If the application proves justified, ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE will send a reply as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of the request.

If you are still dissatisfied with the ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE response, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the competent authority for data protection – the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
