When you recieve messages from e-mail addresses on “@e-infra.ro” subdomain or you reply or send messages to e-mail addresses from the e-infra.ro subdomain, you must be aware that both the content of these messages, and the communication details (name, first name, position, email, phone / data from your electronic signature, etc.) with ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE S.A., its directors, employees, agents and authorized representatives can be shared internally with other ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE S.A. entities, directors, employees, agents or authorized representatives.

You may request access to all personal data processed by ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE for you. ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE S.A. reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for multiple subsequent access requests that are clearly disclosed to cause damage or injury to ELECTROGRUP INFRASTRUCTURE S.A.
You may request that any personal data of your own, which are inaccurate, be corrected for free. If a request for correction is made, this request will be accompanied by proof of the incorrect nature of the data for which the correction is requested.
You may request the deletion of personal data related to you. However, please note that a removal request will be evaluated by us with consideration of legal or regulatory obligations or administrative or judicial orders that may prohibit such deletion.

An e-mail requesting the exercise of a right will not be construed as consensus regarding the processing of your personal data beyond what is necessary to resolve your application. Such a request should clearly indicate what right you want to exercise and the reasons, if necessary. Also, the application must be dated and signed and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid identity card that proves your identity.
