Anca Stanciu

With more than 15 years of experience in one of the most competitive industries in Romania and in Europe, telecommunications industry, Anca is E-INFRA Group HR & Communications Director.

Anca joined E-INFRA in 2022, as Deputy HR Director, after a period of more than 15 years with Orange Romania, telecommunications market leader, where she coordinated segment strategy, as well as numerous transversal projects, implemented with multidisciplinary teams.

In her current role, Anca is in charge with developing and implementing strategic HR policies and programs aimed at supporting the organization’s development, optimizing employee performance and attracting new talent.
