E-INFRA extends scholarship programme with London Business School, committing €500,000 to develop future Romanian business leaders

E-INFRA announces the continuation of its scholarship programme dedicated to Romanian students admitted to London Business School, one of the world’s leading institutions in business education. The company will allocate €500,000 over the next three years to support Romanian candidates admitted to London Business School, as part of the School’s Forever Forward campaign, aimed at expanding access to world-class education and developing future global leaders.

The initiative continues the partnership launched in 2022, which involved an initial contribution of €450,000 from the group of companies. It is supported by Teofil Mureșan, Founder and Chairman of the Board of E-INFRA, a graduate of the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy at London Business School and the OPM program at Harvard Business School, as well as by Andrei Mureșan, Deputy CEO of E-INFRA, a graduate of the Masters in Management program at London Business School.

To date, 13 Romanian students have benefited from E-INFRA scholarships, gaining access to programmes such as MBA, Masters in Management, Masters in Finance, Masters in Analytics and Management, and the Sloan Masters in Leadership and Strategy.

“International academic experience is extremely valuable through the rigor it builds, the exposure to case studies, and the clarity it brings to long-term decision-making. I am very pleased that we can support young Romanians in accessing this kind of education, and I hope they will bring this knowledge back to Romania.”, said Teofil Mureșan.

Paul Mburu, Director of Principal Giving, London Business School, added: “Renewing our partnership with E-INFRA underscores our shared dedication to nurturing exceptional talent and empowering the next generation of Romanian business leaders. We are profoundly grateful to E-INFRA – and to our generous donors, Teofil Mureșan SLN2012 and Andrei Mureșan MiM2020 – whose continued philanthropic commitment ensures that outstanding Romanian students can access a world-class education offered by LBS and go on to create lasting impact far beyond the classroom”.

For E-INFRA, investing in education is a strategic priority, closely linked to its long-term development in energy and infrastructure.

With a global community of over 58,000 alumni across more than 160 countries, London Business School continues to play a key role in shaping leaders who drive impact across industries and geographies.

E-INFRA remains actively engaged with the London Business School community, with Teofil and Andrei Mureșan recently meeting Romanian students during the Family Office Conference hosted at LBS.

“Beyond the monetary amount that enabled me to study at one of the world’s leading business schools, Mr. Muresan’s contribution sends a clear message: education is about unleashing potential beyond the barriers of social norms, such as income or social class. In the classroom, we are all equal, subject to the same rigorous expectations”, said Fabian-Adrian Domocos, an E-INFRA Scholarship beneficiary.
