Nicole Petrina

With 20 years of international experience, Nicole is an experienced manager both in finance and human resources. 

Nicole began her career working in strategy and business development at a regional hospital and medical center in Washington, USA.

Following that experience, Nicole earned her MBA from Cornell University where she received a full scholarship as a Park Leadership Fellow.  Upon graduation, Nicole worked several years as an investment banker in the Barclays Global Power and Utilities team in New York, enhancing her knowledge of capital markets and working as part of a team advising companies on financing and strategic opportunities.  Later, Nicole joined the New York-based Barclays Global HR team, where as a Vice President she was responsible for implementing strategic projects in coordination between the company’s divisions and business regions. 

Nicole is focused on finding and attracting the right talent to support E-INFRA’s implementation of significant infrastructure projects and future growth.  Her experience is highly valued in bringing an international perspective to the group’s organizational culture.
